The Amarillo law firm of Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough, L.L.P. is participating in the Snack Pak 4 Kids annual peanut butter drive. Snack Pak 4 Kids is hoping to collect at least 1,000 jars of peanut butter to help those children in food insecure homes during school holidays. Each month, Snack Pack 4 Kids uses at least 2,000 18 oz. or smaller jars of peanut butter in their food bags.
The peanut butter is included in the snack pak's which are distributed to local students in need. Everyone at Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough, L.L.P., encourages the entire community to participate. Every jar donated will help feed a child. If you would like to participate in the Snack Pack 4 Kids peanut butter drive, you can bring your donation by our offices at 112 West 8th Avenue, Suite 1000, or by any of the other locations around Amarillo. Together we can make a difference.
Another Chance House held its annual friends gala on October 28, 2012. Another Chance House honored the generous contributions given to its organization by the Wilson family. The Wilsons are shown here with country music legend Larry Gatlin who performed during the gala. Mr. Gatlin also sang a special song for veterans of the United States Armed Services, who are also pictured with him.
Another Chance House is a non-profit organization that provides low income housing for homeless men, including civilians and veterans.

The deadline to file an application with the Amarillo Area Foundation for the Kathy Ryan Rural Fire and Rescue Endowment Fund is fast approaching. The deadline for all application is December 1, 2011 with the announcement of the recipient usually occurring March of the following year. The Kathy Ryan Rural Fire and Rescue Endowment Fund was established to honor the bravery of Kathy Ryan, a Borger grandmother, who lost her life while trying to rescue her elderly neighbors during the March 12, 2006, Borger Wildfire. Her children and the Amarillo law firm of Lovell, Lovell, Isern & Farabough, L.L.P wanted to honor her heroism and support fire and rescue personnel in the Texas Panhandle by establishing this endowment.
The 2011 Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure event was a record breaking day for the foundation in Amarillo as over 6,500 people showed up to walk, run or support the foundation. Nearly three quarters of the money raised stays in Amarillo to provide research, diagnostics, screening and treatment for uninsured or under-insured women.
