Medical devices and prescription medications are created to help people. The United States Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") evaluates drugs and medical devices before they go on the market and continues monitoring them to make sure they are effective for their purpose and are not causing harm.
But sometimes those very products end up hurting the individuals they were designed to help. If you or someone you love has been injured by those medications or products, you might have a claim which should be evaluated.
