Important DACA Updates

USCIS has resumed accepting and processing DACA renewal applications. This is for renewals only. USCIS is not accepting requests from first time applying applicants, nor will USCIS accept any advance parole requests for travel outside the United States from DACA recipients.

Individuals who were previously granted Deferred Action may request a renewal. If your DACA expired on or after 09/05/2016, you may still file your request as a renewal. If your DACA expired before 09/05/2016, you cannot request a DACA renewal, but may file a new initial DACA request since you were previously granted deferred action under DACA.

Contact our office to schedule an appointment to see if you qualify for a renewal under the new court guidelines.

You will need your receipt number. The receipt number consists of three letters-for example, EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC or IOE-and 10 numbers. You can find it on notices of action USCIS has sent you.
